And, [O Muhammad], you are not [engaged] in any matter or recite any of the Qur'an and you [people] do not do any deed except that We are witness over you when you are involved in it. And not absent from your Lord is any [part] of an atom's weight within the earth or within the heaven or [anything] smaller than that or greater but that it is in a clear register. - Quran:Yunus 10:61 (islam)

Chapter: The intention in taking oaths
Narrated `Umar bin Al-Khattab:
I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, "The (reward of) deeds, depend upon the intentions and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended. So whoever emigrated for the sake of Allah and His Apostle, then his emigration will be considered to be for Allah and His Apostle, and whoever emigrated for the sake of worldly gain or for a woman to marry, then his emigration will be considered to be for what he emigrated for." - Sahih:Al Bukhari:6689 (islam)
-Does it mean only we will be judge on the intention?
- What if you kill innocent civilian in order to pressure the enemy to write a treaty?
